Mount Auburn Hospital presents ‘A Matter of Balance’, a free eight-week award winning program designed to manage concerns about falling and increase activity levels. Participants will learn practical strategies to manage falls and how to set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. The program meets once a week on Fridays beginning March 1, 2013 at Mount Auburn Healthcare in Waltham.
