Mount Auburn Hospital is holding a FREE six-week program on Diabetes Self-Management. This program is designed for adults living with Diabetes who want to learn more about disease complications, healthy eating, exercise choices, medication and dealing with stress. The program meets once a week on Mondays beginning February 25, 2013.
