“Your Inspired Moments” Facebook Photo Contest Offers Grand Prize Worth $1,250
Cambridge Savings Bank today announced the “Your Inspired Moments” Facebook photo contest, a free competition that allows photographers to submit original, creative photos of places, people and images that inspire them. Twenty finalists will be chosen by the public via voting on Facebook, with a grand prize winner to receive a photography prize package worth $1,250.00.
The grand prize winner will be announced on Thursday, January 31st at Cambridge Savings Bank’s main office in Harvard Square. The grand prize includes a $500 gift certificate to Hunt’s Photo and Video, a $500 gift certificate towards photography workshops at the New England School of Photography, and a one year Ambassador level membership to the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, worth $250.
Finalists will be chosen based on voting on Cambridge Savings Banks’ Facebook page. Cambridge Savings Bank will accept submissions for “Your Inspired Moments” beginning on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the Bank’s Facebook page, or via email, until January 15, 2013. All finalists will receive a prize.
The “Your Inspired Moments” Facebook Photo Contest will commence voting on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 and close voting on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. After the 20 finalists are selected by the public, a panel of Cambridge Savings Bank judges will determine the grand prize winner. Judging will be based on originality and creativity of entries, emotion conveyed by an image, overall composition, and the “Your Inspired Moments” theme. Digital photo files must not exceed 3 MB.
