Car Rolls Over on Phillips Street in Watertown
Scanner reports say that the driver is trapped in the vehicle.
A car reportedly rolled over in front of 50 Phillips Street in Watertown, trapping the driver inside.
According to scanner radio reports, the accident occured on the side street off Mt. Auburn Street at about 2 p.m., and an ambulance was called to the scene.

How on earth does a car build up enough speed on Phillips St to flip. I'm surprised it didn't wind up in someone's living room.
