Thanks for the plug of the Senior Center Art Class, Peter! Participating in arts activities has a proven benefit to seniors - those who attend regular art classes take fewer medications, report less aches and pains, have a better support system of friends around them, keep their brains active and engaged and live longer! You don't have to be experienced in art - please come and visit my classes at the senior centers in Watertown (Monday mornings), Waltham (Thursday mornings) and Brighton (Friday mornings) to catch some of that radiant art energy!
