A large pine tree fell in front of the Watertown Police Station during Hurricane Sandy.

The winds from Hurricane Sandy have whipped things up around Watertown, bringing down several trees, breaking limbs and causing other problems.

NStar has shown up to begin repairs. Also superintendent Gerry Mee. But apparently since Verizon owns the pole and is not responding we wait while high voltage wires lie on houses and the streets. Frustrating!

Huge tree down on Templeton Pkwy. Leaning against neighbors house, hearing Friday before power will be restored...really?

Wow, Friday! I think they tend to give the worst case scenario, but that seems bad.

Is this a new tree down? Or is it the one that started the fire yesterday?
