Veterans Day Ceremony, art exhibits and holiday closings.
- Watertown salutes its veterans today during the annual Veterans Day Ceremony at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1105, 295 Arsenal St. Among the guests will be state Rep. Jonathan Hecht, Town Council President Mark Sideris and Governor's Council member Marilyn Devaney. The ceremony begins at 11 a.m.
- The Arsenal Center for the Arts, 321 Arsenal St., presents an art exhibit, "Biomorphia." The show features the artwork of Amy Ross, Yuko Adachi, and Deborah Brand.
- Town offices, including the Watertown Free Library, will be closed today for the holiday. Also, the Public Schools will be closed, as will be the U.S. Post Office. Restaurant, retail stores, liquor stores and bars will all be open today.
