Why do we have it at all? Waltham does just fine without the ban especially with the lack of snow so far, and none last year. The ban is more of a hassle than anything else.

I parked my car in front of my house at 2:00 am on the 23rd and woke up to a parking ticket. I guess it was a slow night at the station. Now I was told I have to waste my time (work time= income loss for me) disputing the violation. What is the sense in lifting the ban and then sending out officers ticketing residents on a perfectly clear snow free night????? Certainly there must have been a better use of time and resources.
