Watertown Resident Named Middlesex Assistant District Attorney

District Attorney Gerry Leone announced the hiring of Christopher Baker this week.

Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone announced Feb. 8 the hiring of Watertown-resident Christopher Baker as the newest Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office:

Christopher Baker, a graduate of Boston College Law School, will be working as an ADA in the Lowell District Court.

Prior to joining the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, Baker served with the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps, Leone's office said. During his four years in the service, Baker was assigned as counsel to the Navy hospital where he oversaw litigation and compliance regulations.

“We’re extremely pleased to be welcoming Chris as the newest member of our prosecution team.” Leone said.  “His experience and service with the United States Navy JAG Corps has well prepared him to serve the people of Middlesex County.”
