Watertown Special Education Group Handing Out Awards

Watertown SEPAC will hold its awards night at Hosmer School on May 2.

The Watertown Special Education Parents Advisory Council will honor people who have made a different in the lives of special education students in the Watertown Public Schools.

The eighth annual Watertown SEPAC Awards Ceremony will be held May 2 at 6 p.m.

This year's recipients are: Juliana Duff (Church of The Good Shepherd), Lindsay Jacobson (Lowell School), Angela Matthews (Lowell School)), Lynda Pagliarulo (Hosmer School), Greg Roberts (Lowell School), and Sarah York (Hosmer School).

Doors open at 6 p.m. The awards presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m. Guest speaker Sarah Ward will speak from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Executive Function Disorder. Learn practical strategies for teaching your child to manage his/her tasks, time, space, and materials (while keeping emotions in check). 

SEPAC regrets to say that child care will not be available. CART and ASL interpreter services will be available.
