Watertown Students Honored by Their Colleges, Graduate from High School

A Watertown native was honored by his department at UMass-Lowell, two made the dean's list at Providence College and one graduated from BC High School.

 

Three Watertown students earned honors this spring at their college, and another graduated from high school:

Outstanding Student

Christopher J. Kelly of Watertown was honored during UMass Lowell's commencement ceremonies. Kelly was the recipient of the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology’s Undergraduate Outstanding Student Award.

Dean's List

Two Watertown residents made the dean's list at Providence College this spring. Kathleen McGreal a member of the class of 2015, and Joanna Sbordone a member of the Class of 2012. To qualify for the dean's list, students must achieve at least a 3.55 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits.

High School Graduate

Watertown's Michael W. Dello Russo joined the members of the Class of 2012 in the recent commencement from Boston College High School. He graudates with academic honors and a member of the National Honor Society.
