Here’s a roundup of local students who have earned dean’s and president's list honors in college.

The University of Connecticut recently announced that Lara Tcherkezian of Watertown attained the Dean’s List for the fall 2012 semester. To make the Dean’s List, students must be taking at least 12 credits, finish the semester with a grade point average that is among the top 25 percent of students enrolled in their school or college, and have no grade below a “C.”
Kevin F. Donovan of Watertown has been named to the Dean's List at Western New England for the fall semester of 2012. Donovan is a Senior majoring in Psychology. Students are named to the Dean's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher.
