Located at 309 Main Street in Watertown, Inner Strength offers Vinyasa flow style yoga instruction in a studio heated to 90 degrees. Classes focus on a series of poses linked with breathing to provide cardiovascular benefits, as well as building strength and muscle tone.   Vibe: The main studio is large, clean and fresh smelling. Having limited experience with hot yoga, I was happily surprised by how good I felt after the class.
