Are you thinking about divorce? In this very stressful and confusing time, you may want to learn about the various processes that are available to you. The Metro West Practice Group of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council would like to share with you the different options divorcing couples have.
The presenter will explain the advantages and disadvantages of the four commonly used process options available to divorcing couples: litigation, mediation, pro se, and collaborative.
The presenter is Dan Finn, an attorney in Wellesley with experience with each of the process options. Dan is a Director and past President of the Masschussets Collaborative Law Council.
If you are thinking about divorce, know someone who is, or are a professional with clients considering divorce, this program will provide you with useful and practical information that will help you select a process that best meets your needs.

More About Watertown Free Public Library
The brick library building on Main Street dates back to 1884, and in 2006 the expanded facility opened. Two computer rooms, one for adults and one for children, are available free of charge. The library has numerous programs, including story time in both English and Spanish, adult book clubs, computer classes and movies. Patrons can also enjoy coffee and a snack at The Cafe. Meeting rooms at the library can be reserved by residents.
