More About The Apartments at Coolidge School
This former elementary school has been transformed into an apartment complex for people aged 55 and over (it is not an assisted living facility). Opened in 2009, the complex has a fitness center, a library and a large, private parking lot. There are numerous stores and produce markets just around the corner, as well as a bus line offering transportation into Cambridge and Boston. Despite being in an urban environment, the apartments are quiet thanks to the thick, brick school walls.
