We use a combination o f training techniques in our advanced baseball program. Utilizing our cr oss training and endurance programs have been extremely beneficial to al l of our players. Developing agility\, mechanics\, and kinetics along wi th proper fundamentals is something we focus on throughout our training program until the beginning of our spring season. The team development w ill always be put ahead of the individual in our weekly training session s. Triple Crown believes in developing each player individually\, and we offer additional skills building programs and private lessons to all of our players.\nProgram\nTraining starts in September and will extend 30 weeks until the beginning of the baseball season. Each weekly training s ession will run for 2-3 hours. We will work on multiple different aspect s to develop the player:\n \;\n \;\nThe spring season will consi st of a similar schedule to the training schedule\, however\,practices w ill be adjusted to the game schedules.
