Raffle Extravaganza, Train Party, Zoning Board Meets

A few things you need to know for Wednesday, Nov. 20, in Watertown.

1. The annual Turkey Shoot - an extreme raffling extravaganza - is tonight at Watertown Middle School. It consists of multiple rounds of raffles (3 tickets for just $1). You could win: a turkey plus all the fixin's; gift cards to local businesses; specialty gift baskets and more. Click here for more info.

2. Calling all train enthusiasts for an hour of stories, songs, and crafts related to the railroad. The Watertown Free Public Library will host the event for ages 2 to 6 today at 3:30 p.m. See how to register here.

3. The Zoning Board meets tonight at 7 p.m. in Town Hall. Cases include an indoor hockey facility on Arsenal Street. See the agenda here.

4. The Senior Center Book Club meets today at 9:30 a.m. at the Watertown Senior Center to discuss "The Paris Wife" by Paula McLain. Find out more here.
