Foundation seeks proposals to promote healthy aging in Watertown

The Marshall Home Fund, a non-profit, community-based charitable
foundation dedicated to serving Watertown’s older adult population, is
requesting proposals for program grants for the 2014 grant cycle.
Applicants are encouraged to attend an information session at noon on
Wednesday, February 12 (snow date is Feb. 19) (First Parish Church, 35
Church St., Watertown); RSVP at info@marshallhomefund.org. Grant
applications are due March 31. Beneficiaries of programs funded by
grants from The Marshall Home Fund must be Watertown residents, ages
55 or older. Public agencies, town departments, and private
not-for-profit organizations serving the elderly may request a program
grant application form by emailing info@marshallhomefund.org or
visiting www.marshallhomefund.org. The Marshall Home Fund will
consider requests for grants of up to $10,000, and community
organizations are encouraged to work together to develop joint
programs.
