New Development in Watertown Square

Out with the old unsightly building.... in with.....something else.  In Watertown Square.  From your POV, does the new plan look good, or should the developer tweak the design to give us something better?

The plan submitted to the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals is to raze the existing building at 33 Mount Auburn Street and construct a 4-story, 24 residential unit and 1,979 s.f. retail structure with 36 parking spaces in the CB (Central Business) Zoning District.
