Short-term Hosting Opportunity: Danish STUK

Danish High School Visitors!

October 28th to November 4th

Global Immersions Homestay is welcoming back a group of High school visitors (ages 15 - 16) from Denmark on October 28 -November 4, 2013 to attend a customized cultural program. The program includes sightseeing in and around Boston and a visit to the Cambridge School of Weston. The goal is expose and to introduce the visitors to U.S. culture during their stay in Boston. The program will have two chaperones accompanying the group and a planned schedule during the week. STUK -Studenterkurset

Program requirements:

-Visitors will be delivered to your home on the evening of October 28th and picked up around 8 AM the morning of November 4th

-2 visitors per home: 1 shared bedroom (2 twin beds) or 2 private bedrooms

-Standard homestay: Continental self-serve breakfast, dinner prepared by the host and eaten with the host

-Lunch available on the weekend

-Include visitors in daily activities and any Halloween/fall activities (fees paid by host)

-Background check to be completed and returned

-Public transportation: Home must be located within walking distance to MBTA bus or subway

-Daily Group Meeting Point: Harvard Square
