The Perfect Crime!

SEE US at the 2013 Watertown Faire on the Square at 3:30, main stage!!! My husband, David, grew up in Watertown.  We actually live and practice right in the same house he grew up in.  As a teenager, there was a little music shop where Gray's Laundry in the square is.  He and his friends listened to the Beatles, The Who and the Stones and dreamed of being like those edgy rock stars.  They would look over the guitars and amplifiers , and eventually each got their own instruments.  The kid that wanted to play the bass modified a cheap 6-string guitar from an electronics store.  It is kind of cool that David and a lot of the "rockers" from that era of Watertown are still playing - John Yobaccio, Arthur Minasian, Steve Cavaretta, Ed Rego and Dennis Richard, to name a few friends.  Some others have gone on to that great Rock and Roll Venue in the Sky, but will be long remembered here in our creative, artsy town.  David went on to play in many bands after "The Wild Ones", his neighborhood band from the 60's.  There was EMF, Loose Change, The Phantoms, Major Disturbance, and more recently The Risen and Ringin' in the Ears.  David and I now play in Perfect Crime, our 5-piece Killer Classic Rock band.  We play the very best of the 60's, 70's and 80's and a few high-octane originals.  We have played at Faire on the Square a few times and hope to again assuming it happens this year.  We would love to play at the summer concert series, but alas, have been passed over again this year.  We play in many other towns at their summer concerts and sure would love to play for the hometown crowd.  Come on out and see us - we have several other outdoor shows this year.  Next Friday we are at Ice House Park at Horn Pond in Woburn from 7 - 9, and Wednesday, August 7th we'll be rocking the Ipswich River Park concert series in North Reading.  Please come up and let it be known if you are from Watertown!  Visit our website at www.perfectcrimeband.com for more information, and we hope to continue providing quality classic rock music to the Watertown area for many years to come!
