Jackpot Now $476M: How Would You Spend It?

Because no one had all six numbers to win Tuesday's Mega Millions lottery, Friday's draw will be the largest in the game's history.

If you bought a Mega Millions lottery ticket for Tuesday's drawing, the bad news is that no one hit all six numbers, meaning that the estimated jackpot for Friday's drawing will grow to a record $476 million, City News Service reports.

The good news is 47 tickets were sold with five numbers, including nine in California; each is worth $308,573. (None were sold in Eagle Rock, however.)

The other piece of good news is that you still have a chance to win! Here's a list of a few places in Eagle Rock where you can buy a Mega Millions ticket for Friday's drawing:

Which raises a question: What would you do with all that money? Please post your suggestions in the Comments section below.

I would buy another house in Eagle Rock for my parents (so we wouldn't have to spend every single weekend working on the current house). Then I would set up a small restaurant for my father since he always wanted to open one up. Then save the rest.

Speaking of Seafood City Supermarket, I went to the mall 2 days ago, you could smell fish from inside the Macy's mall entrance. Toward the center of the mall is was even worse. Have they ever considered enclosing the store entrance with glass doors so the stench doesn't spread?

Thanks for the heads-up, Jeff. We'll have to find out—sounds like open space architecture and seafood aren't the greatest fit.

Yep, ditto from the Target entrance. Sometimes when I shop at Target I stop at Seafood City to buy a lotto ticket because they have a machine for which there's never a line. By the time you get to Chow King it's pretty intense, let alone inside the store. I wonder if neighboring shops or nearby vendor carts have ever pushed for an enclosure.
