Tranquility Spa is a wonderful and relaxing spa. I have always been happy with the facials here. The products they use are good, especially for the price (meaning they are not using high end french products that drive the price of facials up). Spring Rain did me wrong once and I will never return. The massage therapist went way over the 1 hour massage time - which is what I booked, and then when I checked out they forced me to pay for 1.5 hours. When you are lying on a massage table one has no idea of the time and to expect the client to be accountable for something their therapist did is ridiculous. Beware of Spring Rain!
