What Should Go on Arsenal Street Near Irving Street?
Retail stores, restaurants and even a grocery store could go on the property.
Developers have a vision for the land along Arsenal Street east of Irving Street, including housing, as well as space for restaurant and retail establishments.
The proposal by Hanover Co. would include more than 37,000 square feet of commercial space, including plans for at least one restaurant and possibly a grocery store. There would also be 300 housing units.
Few spots in town present such a wide variety of possibilities for redevelopment as this land just blocks from Watertown Square.
