GymIt offers a high-quality, low-price fitness option without a long-term contract commitment.  A membership also allows exercisers to customize their routine without breaking the bank. Start with an affordable cardio or strength workout at GymIt and then pair it with favorite yoga and/or Pilates studios, or hiking, biking and running outdoors.

“In this economy especially, exercisers are looking for great equipment and access without burdensome commitments and regulations or high-prices. Our aim is to be the most member-friendly gym in the Boston area,” says GymIt co-owner Matt Harrington. “Longer hours, more updated equipment, and clean, new locker rooms are the hallmarks of GymIt and what makes it so appealing. People do not want to pay for amenities they aren’t going to use.

The Watertown GymIt will features 22,500 sq. ft. of workout space with more than 100 cardio machines (including treadmills, ellipticals, adaptive motion trainers, arc trainers, bikes, rowers, stair climbers, and more), three strength lines plus the add-on option of personal and small group training.  The facility has free parking and is open from 5 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday – Thursday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Starting with immediate $10/month basic memberships, members can access all that GymIt has to offer.  Once the new Watertown facility is completed, memberships will cost just $20/month. For $27, a value membership allows a member to bring a friend with them on each visit and use either the Watertown or Commonwealth Avenue GymIts.  During the pre-sale period in Watertown these memberships have no enrollment fees.
