The Riverworks Complex in Watertown Getting 3 New Tenants

The complex on Pleasant Street is the former home of Boston Scientific.

Three new tenants will move into the Riverworks complex, the renovated Aetna Mills building at 480 Pleasant Street.

The Alzheimer's Association Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter, Sabre Hospitality Solutions and Education Resource Strategies (ERS) have signed long-term leases at the building that used to be home to Boston Scientific, according to Banker and Tradesman.

The Alzheimer's Association will move its regional headquarters and training facility across town from the Arsenal on the Charles,  It will occupy 18,737 square feet of the second floor, the release said.

Sabre Hospitality Solutions moves into the Riverworks from Newton, and will use 11,538 square feet on the fourth floor.

ERS, currently located in Watertown, will lease 10,403-square-foot suite on the second floor.

Riverworks was and features two inter-connecting renovated mill buildings on the banks of the Charles River.
