Toyota of Watertown Honored for Providing a Good Customer Experience for Women

The dealership received the recognition from WomenCertified, and is the first in New England to earn the honor.

WomenCertified named a top dealership for outstanding customer experience for female customers, and the dealership is the first in New England to receive the honor.

The award is based on the Female Customer Satisfaction survey given by WomenCertified, which seeks to provide a voice for female customers.

“Recognizing the top women-friendly auto dealerships nationwide is important to our mission at WomenCertified, where it’s our goal as women to help other women make smart choices”, said Delia Passi, Founder of WomenCertified. “We are proud of Toyota of Watertown for taking ownership of their customer experience and creating a business environment that provides exceptional service both to women and men alike.”

Toyota of Watertown scored in the excellent category in several areas, including overall sales experience, and 97 percent of customers polled said they would definitely recommend the dealership to family and friends.

Because it earned high consumer satisfaction scores, Toyota of Watertown also received WomenCertified's Women’s Choice Award, signifying that at least 4 out of 5 women would highly recommend this dealership to others.

“Toyota of Watertown is honored to be a part of this elite group of dealerships and businesses. Being the first recipient in New England to receive this award from Women Certified demonstrates our staff’s commitment to providing a truly outstanding experience for all our customers,” said Toyota of Watertown's General Manager Adam Skolnick in a release. “We’d like to thank Women Certified for recognizing our dealership, and we look forward to continuing to earn our reputation as an auto dealer who delivers elite customer service to those in need of auto sales and service.”
