VIDEO: New Watertown Business Fits Universe of Wrestling in Small Location

Jack Balian opened the Wrestling Universe in the heart of Watertown Square, and he will be bringing live professional wrestling to town in September.

Watertown Square's newest addition offers the world of professional wrestling in a small package. Jack Balian, owner of the Wrestling Universe, moved to town from Queens, N.Y., and offers a wide variety of wrestling figures, T-shirts, crards and more.

You can also find your favorite Red Sox figurines at the store, located at 7 Main St.

Balian will also bring live professional wrestling to Watertown, starting on Sept. 29 at the Armenian Cultural and Educational Center. The main event is an ICW championship match, and Balian said there will be wrestlers from the Boston area, the New York area, and even some legends, such as The Iron Shiek and George the Animal Steele.
