“My biggest life achievement is becoming a manager here at Old Country Buffet. I have a limited education, but with lots of hard work, I achieved what I have now,” boasts Lopez.

He takes pride in the many responsibilities his job requires and loves being able to make guests happy through great customer service and even better food.

Alex has two children and is happily married. When not managing the Old Country Buffet kitchen, Alex can be found volunteering at his son’s school.

“One of my greatest joys is being able to share my love of soccer with my son. It reminds me of being a young boy growing up in El Salvador,” said Lopez.
