Five Things You Need to Know This Weekend

Two WHS teams go for state titles, Civil War history at the Mount Auburn Cemetery and Armenian Relief Society Thanksgiving Dinner.

 

1. Not one, but two Watertown High School teams play for the state championship on Saturday. The Raiders field hockey squad plays at 10 a.m. and the boys' soccer game kicks off at 12:30 p.m. Check out Patch during the games for live updates. 

2. The Mount Auburn Cemetery presents a special "Discover Mount Auburn" tour Saturday to explore the Cemetery through the lens of the Civil War.

3. The Armenian Relief Society will hold a , on Sunday.

4. A drop-in men’s basketball program will be held Sunday at Watertown Middle School. It is designed to provide exercise and fun for men 30 and over.

5. Independent readers can come to the Watertown Free Public Library on Saturday and read to a certified therapy dog. This program creates a supportive environment for early and struggling readers to practice their skills.
