A vigil for the victims of the on Dec. 14 is being held in Watertown on Friday, Dec. 21 at 7 p.m.
The vigil, being organized by Barbara-Seda Aghamianz, will be held at Saltonstall Park between Town Hall and the Boys & Girls Club.
