A free program on “Asthma and Allergy Essentials for Parents” will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. at Watertown High School.
Topics to be covered include the signs and symptoms of an asthma or allergy episode (including food allergies) and how to use environmental control measures and medications to prevent and manage allergic reactions and asthma flare-ups. Parents whose children are any age are invited to attend
