Description:  Cheer Fit is a fun high energy class designed to build strength and flexibility while teaching basics of cheerleading. You will learn how to keep your motions sharp, your dance moves clean and your smiles big. You will learn a fun routine by the end of class. There is no stunting in class. No previous experience required.
