Join Public Health Nurse Wil van Dinter for a discussion about flu prevention, treatment, and local resources.

Wil will give an overview of what the flu is and how to prepare for it.  He will give tips on how to reduce the risk of getting the flu as well as how to care for someone at home who has the flu.  Wil also will discuss the types of flu vaccines and where they are available locally.


There are an estimated 30 million cases on average of the flu each year in the United States.


FREE Blood Pressure Screenings will be provided by St. Elizabeth's Medical Center from 10 am - 12 pm outside of the Old Country Buffet.
