Health and Wellness Expo at Arsenal Mall

Learn how to shape up, eat right and improve your lifestyle at this year’s Health and Wellness Expo. Over a dozen exhibitors will be located on the bridge of the mall (near GNC and Marcou Jewelers) providing health and wellness screenings, live on-stage demonstrations, and product giveaways. Areas of interest include health, beauty, nutrition, physical fitness, home, family care and more.


Some of the participating vendors include:



  • Neighborhood Health Plan

  • WIC (Women, Infants and Children)

  • Boston Sports Club of Watertown on-site Zumba Demonstration

  • Natural Awakenings
