How do you want to Divorce?

Are you thinking about divorce?  In this very stressful and confusing time, you may want to learn about the various processes that are available to you.   The Metro West Practice Group of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council would like to share with you the different options divorcing couples have.


The presenter will explain the advantages and disadvantages of the four commonly used process options available to divorcing couples:  litigation, mediation, pro se, and collaborative.


The presenter is Dan Finn, an attorney in Wellesley with experience with each of the process options.  Dan is a Director and past President of the Masschussets Collaborative Law Council.
