Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation

The “Introduction to Raja Yoga Meditation” course will be held in October at the B.K. Learning Center for Peace in Watertown, MA.


 The first weeknight session will start on Monday, Oct 1, 2012 from 7:30 – 9:00 pm.


The first weekend session will begin on Saturday, Oct 6, 2012 from 10:00- 1:00pm.

The Brahma Kumaris Learning Center for Peace sponsors this course, a method of meditation that provides a practical way to bring peace to your everyday life.  


This FREE course (a total of 4 sessions on weeknights or 3 on weekends) provides the participant with an opportunity to re-discover the silent, still place within. Re-connect with your innermost self and learn to stay stable even during these uncertain and stressful times. Raja yoga meditation uses simple but effective techniques that give you back control over your mind. Learn to break unhealthy thought patterns that limit you and replace them with positive reflections that lead you into the limitless. Make better and clearer decisions, develop better concentration and focus, improve your relationships, and most of all become happier and more peaceful through the powerful practice and philosophy of Raja Yoga.
