Michele Ellicks, Community Outreach Coordinator for MassDOT/Registry of Motor Vehicles Division will provide information about issues facing senior drivers, to include:
- The most recent research concerning mature drivers

- Alternative forms of transportation and local community resources
-The Commonwealth's rules of the road
- Recent changes at the RMV
- The warning signs of unsafe driving
- The requirements to apply for a handicap placard or plate as well as a Massachusetts identification card
Representatives from the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations will be on hand to discuss Lemon Laws, identity theft, and provide information and examples of scam websites that target the RMV and its customers.
