Yoga for Mindful Eating

During this 7 week series that’s offered twice a year, we’ll explore impulses, emotional eating, and old behaviors around food. Using a clearer understanding of our emotional and physical bodies through this deeper journey, we’ll begin to clear out old habits, patterns and beliefs, and renew our relationship with food.

Each week, we’ll delve into:

  • A mindfulness-based approach to eating
  • Using yoga postures to warm up to discussion, supported group sharing, meditation and journaling. Plus mindful eating home practices.
  • Bringing healing and connection to our body, heart and mind
  • Balancing our energy centers (chakras)
  • Reconnecting to wellbeing in our body
  • Basking with delight in a renewed relationship with food
  • Weekly email support
