Find Out How to Donate to Food Pantries in Watertown for Thanksgiving

You can donate to Watertown's two food pantries during Thanksgiving and all year.

More and more families have turned to pantries in Watertown for food, and the need continues as Thanksgiving approaches.

Alfredo Bartolozzi, director of the Watertown Food Pantry said his pantry serves 235 families a month and has had 15 new families sign up over the past two months. He has many volunteers, but the pantry can always use food.

"We have tons of volunteers but people can help with food drives," Bartolozzi said. "It's a good time to run to Stop & Shop and bring something to the food pantry."

Companies such as Tufts Health Plan and Athena Health are running food drives, but individuals can drop off non-perishable food at Grace Vision Church (formerly St. John's Methodist Church) at 80 Mt. Auburn St. in Watertown.
