Spring Fitness Class at The Arsenal Project

Ultimate Bootcamp hosts free community workout at The Arsenal Project on Sunday, March 23rd. Learn how to get tickets.

Spring is finally here. Break your cabin fever by venturing to The Arsenal Project (formerly the Arsenal Mall) for a fun-filled, full-body workout.

On Sunday, March 23rd Watertown fitness company Ultimate Bootcamp teams up with The Arsenal Project to host a free indoor fitness class for the community.  The fitness class, which is held just before the mall opens its doors from 9:45-10:45am, will focus on body-weight exercises like lunges and jumping jacks while making use of the natural features, like stairs, that the mall has to offer.

"With the never-ending snow this year, I knew Watertown residents would be eager to get moving and start shedding the winter pounds" says Ultimate Bootcamp Founder and Watertown resident Jill Tomich. "When I came to The Arsenal Project with the idea of a free community workout, they were very supportive."

Participants will rock out to a one-hour fitness class designed especially for beginner and intermediate fitness levels that Tomich says "Anyone can do if they can power-walk 2 miles."

In addition to the workout, participants will be treated to goodies from Vitacoco, popchips & GNC, as well as exclusive discount to The Arsenal Project retailers Sports Authority and Reebok.
