Bank Donates $5,000 to Waltham Boys and Girls Club

Watertown Savings Bank Donated $5,000 to the Waltham Boys & Girls Club, on behalf of the more than 3,500 WSB Club 50 members, at the annual Club 50 Holiday Party in December.

Watertown Savings Bank (WSB) has donated $5,000 to the Waltham Boys and Girls Club.  The bank presented the donation at WSB’s annual Club 50 holiday party, on behalf of the more than 3,500 Club 50 members. 

The Waltham Boys Club opened in 1938. Since its founding, the Club has been recognized as a community leader in providing positive programs for youth, with a special emphasis on serving youth who need them the most. The club offers daily programs in fitness & recreation, health & life skills, character & leadership development, educational & career development, and the arts.  It serves more than 1,000 youth, ages 6 to 18 from throughout the Waltham area.

Club 50 is a special program for bank customers age 50 and older who meet a qualifying balance.  The Club provides discounts, social gatherings and unique travel opportunities.  For more information, or to enroll in the bank’s Club 50 program, please contact their office at 617-928-2338.
