Daniel Rooney of Watertown died on Dec. 12 at the age of 48.
He was the father of Ashley Rooney of Worcester; son of Beatrice (Pottie) Rooney and the late Reginald Rooney of Plymouth formerly of Watertown; brother of Michael of Waltham, Richard and his wife Diane of Watertown, Kathy Brenner and her husband Craig of Washington and Steven of Milford, according to an obituary on the Nardone Funeral Home website.
Rooney was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
