Cola is a Loveable, Goofy Boy

Cola is a wonderful combination of fun and affection, with a touch of goofy! Cola, who is about 1-year-old, can often be seen chasing a toy mouse or a fly around the shelter.  He is very gentle with people and seems to get along just fine with other cats. Cola, who is a small cat, is curious, loving and sweet-tempered. So what's not to love? Plus, he’s got a beautiful bushy tail, which adds to his spectacular good looks.

If you are interested in meeting Cola or any of the cats at The Ellen M. Gifford Cat Shelter, visit our website (www.giffordcatshelter.org). While you’re there, you can fill out an online adoption application for Cola and learn more about our shelter. You can also call us at 617-787-8872. We are the oldest cageless no-kill cat shelter in the country, and we’re located right here in Brighton!

The mission of Gifford Cat Shelter is to provide a safe haven for abandoned, stray, abused, neglected, unwanted and injured cats with the goal of re-homing and ending the needless killing of community and companion cats. It was the first cageless shelter in the country and has been in existence since 1884.
