2 Men Wanted for Stealing Credit Card, Buying $8,000 in Gift Cards

Watertown Police are seeking two suspects for taking a credit card and using it to buy $8,000 in gift cards.

A man golfing at Oakley Country Club played a round and when he returned he discovered someone took a credit card from inside his locked locker, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.

“The credit card was used at Target to buy $8,000 in gift cards,” Lawn said.

Security cameras caught images of the suspects in the store.

The gift cards were used in Revere, Saugus and College Point, N.Y., according to Watertown Police. Any one with information about the suspects can contact Det. Mark Lewis at 617-600-1309.
