Attorneys for Boston Marathon Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev want more time to decide if they want to seek a new location for the trial.

Federal District Court Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. has set a Feb. 28 deadline to file a change of venue motion. Tsarnaev's attorneys however, say they need more time to prepare, according to a report in the Boston Globe.

They say they have not had some key questions answered, such as whether prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Tsarnaev for allegedly setting off the bombs near the Marathon finish line, killing MIT Police Officer Sean Collier and other events following the April 15 bombing, including the shootout with Watertown Police in East Watertown, according to the report.

The deadline for the decision on whether to seek the death penalty in the case is Jan. 31.

I doubt seriously that his attorney will find any place in these United States that will give this guy a truly fair trial. What happened in Boston could happen any where in the world and has happened.
