Boston Woman Caught Allegedly Stealing Items from Arsenal Mall Store

The woman was caught with a purse full of items from Claire's Boutique.

 

A woman went into Claire's Boutique at the Arsenal Mall and allegedly tried to walk out of the store with a purse full of merchandise.

Police went to the mall on Jan. 12 at 8:22 p.m. when mall security stopped a 20-year old Boston woman was caught shoplifting, said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.

"She placed items in her purse and she was stopped by security," Lawn said. "Inside the purse she had $299 worth of assorted merchandise." 

Rachel Marisa Andrisse, 20, of 278 Humbolt St. Apt. 11 in Boston, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise of over $100.
