More Charges for Former Watertown Town Councilor in Waltham Pot-Growing Ring

Former Watertown Town Councilor Thomas "Gus" Bailey is facing additional charges in laundering the profits of his alleged marijuana growing operation.

Former Watertown Town Councilor Thomas "Gus' Bailey is facing additional charges for money laundering in connection with the according to federal court documents.

Bailey now faces a new charge of laundering the proceeds of the marijuana operation, according to court documents. along two other defendants, Matthew Fox and Nicole Coman. Eric Falzon, of Newton, and Clay Gollobin, of Brookline residents, also faces charges in the pot growing. 

Waldman is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday, July 13, at 1:30 p.m. at the federal courthouse in Boston. Coman and Fox are scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday, July 19, at 2 p.m. at the same courthouse, according to court records.

In total, Bailey, Falzon, Gollobin, Coman and Fox now each face charges for conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana. Also, Bailey faces an additional charge of distributing marijuana.

Bailey, Coman and Waldman each faces one count of conspiracy to committ money laundering.
