Our weekly compilation of some of the more unusual police reports from around the area. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Dunkin’ Donuts Employee, Customer Have Water Fight

Needham Police were called to the Dunkin' Donuts at 1203 Highland Ave. on Sept. 25 to help with a dispute between a customer and an employee. The Dunkins employee told police that the customer had ”tossed a cup of water at her face,” according to reports. The customer said that the employee had “tossed two metal water pitchers at her head and arm.” Neither individual wanted to press charges: http://needham.patch.com/articles/police-reports-dunkin-donuts-employee-customer-have-water-fight

'scuse me, officer, could I run to the bathroom while you look into whether I was OUI?'

Brookline police responded to a crash outside 1477 Beacon Street Saturday night. Police report one driver smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes; the man asked to use the bathroom while police were speaking with him. After a few minutes, an officer went to check on him in the can, and reports he had a red face and there appeared to be vomit around the toilet. The man was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation: http://patch.com/A-yt7H

Full-service police department, apparently.

At 11:30 a.m. on Friday, a woman on Beals Street reported a trespassing, and then asked Brookline police to have a tree company move her personal car. Then she apparently asked police to stand by and make sure the tree company didn't crash her car into anything: http://patch.com/A-ywvc
