Pair of Brothers Face Charges After Fight at 21 Nickels in Watertown

Police detained the two men after an argument got out of hand, and they will be summonsed to court.

An argument between two brothers got out of hand and the pair had a day in court after one hit the other with a beer glass at 21 Nickels Grille & Tap.

Police responded to a call for a fight at the pub on Nichols Avenue in Watertown on Nov. 24 at 12:50 a.m., said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.

The two men, identified as Frank Scott Albright of Watertown and Anthony S. Albright of Worcester, were brought to the Watertown Police Station to be put into protective custody, Lawn said. They also face charges in Waltham District Court.

Frank Scott Albright, 32, of 55 Olcott St. in Watertown, faces charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon - a glass, Lawn said.

Anthony S. Albright, 34, of 35 Shelby St. in Worceter, faces a charge of disorderly conduct, Lawn said.
